- What are the delivery times ?
We take 48 hours maximum to process your order and then 7 to 14 working days to deliver it to you.
*If an item is out of stock, we place orders in pre-order and they can be shipped within the next 2 weeks.
- Do you ship anywhere in the world?
Yes absolutely. We ship worldwide.
- Where do you deliver your products from?
Our offices are located in Île-De-France. Our international warehouse is located in China. Strategically positioned for global reach.
- How much is shipping ?
We offer free shipping worldwide.
- Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information.
- My tracking tells me "no information available at this time". What to do ?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system by the carriers.
- What are the payment options available ?
At the moment you can only pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc...
- Are payments secure?
Our e-shop uses SSL encryption technology which offers you maximum security, especially on data protection for online banking. We therefore have no access to your banking information.
- I received a damaged item. What can I do ?
We are sorry to learn this. Simply send us proof of the damaged item in question to the following email address: contact.navoby@gmail.com and we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
